Wife, Mom and Pug Lover
Hi, I'm Angie.
I believe every person deserves to be known and remembered. Losing my dad to cancer in 2015 was a wake up call for me. Its when I discovered there were so many things I didn't know about him. I had no audio or video of him doing some of his favorite things and it left me with huge regrets. I want to ensure others don't make that same mistake.
Write the stories.
Record the audio and videos.
Look back, reflect, evaluate the present and then look forward. Create more stories. Live more life. Do not play small and get in the damn arena!
We lose ourselves in our roles as we get older.
Getting older doesn't mean you stop becoming.
There are still stories to tell.
There are still memories to make.
There are still things to try.
There is still a next chapter.
If we work together, you won't find a stuffy classroom or someone telling you what your story should be.
Guided Autobiography is one part of what I do.
Once you've uncovered your stories, there are many ways to preserve them.
Guided Autobiography: Explore the stories that shaped you.
Food, Memory & Meaning: Explore the stories, memories and traditions connected to food—and begin organizing them into a family legacy recipe book.
Memoire to Masterpiece: Turn your stories and photographs into a beautiful magazine-style keepsake.
Legacy Books: For those who want a more comprehensive finished legacy project, I can help bring the stories, photographs and memories together into a finished book.
And for some people, the best way to preserve a story isn't a book at all.
It's a digital story.
So, that's me.
I'm still learning. Still experimenting. Still trying new things. Still collecting stories. Still figuring out what's next. And I believe you should be doing that, too.
Don't play small. Get in the arena and don't let your stories slip away.

- I'm relaxed.
- I'm curious.
- I'm a storyteller myself.
- And I want you to feel comfortable enough to tell the truth about your life—the good, the bad, the ugly, the funny and the inspiring.
- You don't have to share anything you're not ready to share.
- You don't have to be a writer.
- You don't have to have an extraordinary story.
- And you definitely don't have to have it all figured out.
